Bomarc provided the clean and secure storage that we needed for our move to Ellsworth, Maine. They were very attentive and easy to deal with. We appreciated the convenience of the location. We also liked the automated security gate. We always had easy access to our stuff, even after a snowfall. I would suggest leaving a shovel or a broom in your space in winter to clear the doorway of the bit of snow left after plowing.

We planned on using another storage location close to Bomarc to store our rv, but when we got there, we saw the locking gate they promoted was non-existant. We had noticed Bomarc on the way, so we immediately turned around and went to see if they had availability. It was late in the day, perhaps at closing, still the manager gave us a friendly greeting, said she could help, and took the time to show us a spot at a rate the same as the run down, no security facility down the road! Integrity. Trustworthy. Professional. Courteous. Linda informed me that oil from the storage room next to mine leaked into my room. As I live in Florida and unavailable I mailed her the keys. She contracted with a moving company to move my personal property to a different storage room so Bomarc could assess any damage. Linda also found a reputable furniture refinisher and arranged for them to take the damaged furniture to their shop. I could not ask for better service. If you want it done right, go to Bomarc!

Showed up with a day or two before the first snowfall to store my car, Dale was very helpful both on the phone when I had questions and once I had came in with my car.
