The space was decently sized for the price and stayed dry. I do wish a little more plowing had been done on the premise, but in front of all the units were clear. I used their facilities to clear my house for sale; I emptied it in a rush and forgot to notify them before hand because of the hectic schedule I'd been placed under. They reached out upon finding my unit unlocked and emptied, being polite and understanding at my forgottance. The staff were helpful and patient with me when I initially leased it as well; it was very reassuring as a first time leasee.

The online interface for booking a storage, was so unbelievably simple. Their layout on the webpage describes what storage units are available, if there’s a wait list, and what unit costs are. Unlike any other storage that I had viewed, they offered a discount on a first months rent, they prorated it from today that I rented, to the first when they bill. 15 minutes of booking my unit, a friendly staff member from the storage unit contacted Me to make sure that I was going to be OK and be settled, if I had received my emails giving me my access code, and asked me if I had any questions. Never before have I had a unit do such a thing, it really made me feel comfortable, and that my well-being and concerns matter to them. I highly highly recommend Bomarc storage for anyone who wants a great storage unit and great service!

This was the easiest, most efficient, cleanest unit I've ever dealt with! Staff were helpful - I accidentally booked twice online and they called me (without me realizing and calling for help!) and handled it. Everything was done online due to COVID restrictions and it was easy. They are local though - so if you need anything they are available. We unexpectedly were able to move our things to our house two weeks ago, on a Saturday. On Monday they called me after doing their weekly check and seeing the lock was missing; to ensure that everything went well and to find out if we were finished with the unit. Great choice!

Units are secured with 24 hour security cameras surveillance, with a gate that can only opened by the customers to enter and exit with their own code.
